Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can request a return or exchange.
✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

You can return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Custom-stitched or altered orders are not eligible for return/exchange.

Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Once approved, you can send the item back to our return address.
✅ Refund Process:

Refunds (for eligible returns) will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the product.

Refunds are made via Bank Transfer or can be adjusted against your next order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping cost.

For size exchanges, the customer will bear the return shipping charges, while we will ship the replacement free of cost.
