• Nationwide Delivery: We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

• Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days (depending on your location).

• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can request a return or exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

• You can return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Custom-stitched or altered orders are not eligible for return/exchange.

✅ How to Request a Return/Exchange:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.

3. Once approved, you can send the item back to our return address.

✅ Refund Process:

• Refunds (for eligible returns) will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the product.

• Refunds are made via Bank Transfer or can be adjusted against your next order.

Important Notes

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping cost.

• For size exchanges, the customer will bear the return shipping charges, while we will ship the replacement free of cost.
